Lock-in period?
None. The contract runs until further notice with one month's mutual notice. Cancel via the control panel or by emailing hello@oden.cam — we don't do 12-month commitments and we don't put up cancellation hurdles.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time, takes effect immediately, the next invoice prorates. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period so you don't lose ongoing support tickets mid-month.

What's not included?
Bespoke development work (new features, design work, e-commerce consulting) is billed separately per engagement. Hosting (if you want to move to WEBBELi) is an add-on. Domain registrar handling stays with you.

How do I pay?
Card (via Stripe), Klarna, or Peppol e-invoice if you're an organisation with its own invoicing system. For larger procurements regular paper invoices work too — contact upphandling@oden.cam.

What happens if my site goes down?
Basic: we troubleshoot via email support on weekdays. Pro: PHP Emergency gives priority response within 1 hour, 24/7, on critical failures (white screen, fatal error, hacked). Enterprise: SLA-bound response, phone support 24/7.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — consumers have 14 days of withdrawal rights under the Distance Contracts Act. As a business you can cancel within the first month and receive a refund for the remaining days. Reach out if you want to test before ordering.

We do framework agreements, Peppol e-invoicing, quarterly reports, custom SLAs, and bespoke integrations.
