Oden C.A.M is a managed WordPress service in which we take over responsibility for updates, hosting, security, and performance — so you can focus on what you were actually hired to do.

What "managed" actually means

Most WordPress hosts sell you server space. You get an SSH login, a cPanel instance, and the task of keeping everything alive. That works — if you or someone in your organisation has time to be a WordPress administrator as a side gig.

Oden is something else. We don't just take care of the server, we take care of the WordPress installation as a whole. Security updates, plugins, themes, monitoring, backups, performance — that's our job, around the clock. You sign in to WordPress to write posts and manage your content. We handle the rest.

How it's built

Oden C.A.M is a management service, not a hosting service. You keep the hosting you have today — we just install a small plugin (WEBBELi worker) on your WordPress that lets us handle updates, backups, and monitoring remotely. Nothing on your site is moved or changed.

Two components

  1. The WEBBELi worker plugin — installed automatically on your WordPress during onboarding. Acts purely as an agent between your site and Oden. Uninstalled if you cancel.
  2. Oden — the control panel + automation — the central platform where we (and you) see your site, manage updates, run backups, and send alerts on incidents. The brain that runs the maintenance, deployed in Cloud Run europe-north1 (Finland).

WEBBELi hosting (add-on)

We also have our own hosting platform that happens to be called WEBBELi — fast servers in Sweden, optimised for WordPress. It's a completely separate product you can choose to add if you want to move your site from your current host to us. It's not a requirement for using Oden — many customers run Oden on top of their existing hosting and are happy with that.

With Oden + WEBBELi hosting you get a fully managed package on a single monthly invoice. With Oden alone you get the management service on the hosting you already have. Both options work.

  • Emergency on-call outside hours for security incidents.

What you can add on

Management is our base offering, but we do quite a bit more than that. As an existing Oden customer you get priority and discounted pricing on the following add-ons — all delivered by the same team that runs your site, so you have one partner to turn to no matter what you need:

  • WEBBELi hosting. Want to move hosting to us for the best possible performance and a single invoice? We migrate you in with no downtime, then you get one monthly invoice for Oden + WEBBELi.
  • Web development and redesign. Need a new site, a new theme, or a rebuild of an old one? NNi Solutions has a development team taking on assignments. Wireframes, design, code, and launch.
  • Design work. Logo, brand identity, marketing templates — we have design resources and can take the whole package or a part of it.
  • SEO strategy and content production. Beyond the technical SEO foundation (which is included), we can also do strategy, keyword analysis, and content if you want.
  • E-commerce consulting. WooCommerce setup, product imports, integration with business systems, checkout optimisation, payment solutions.
  • Accessibility remediation. WCAG 2.1 AA review and fixes, EAA audit, documented accessibility statement.
  • Security training for your team. Workshop on-site or online on minimising human-error security risks.
  • Custom integrations to business systems. Fortnox, Visma, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or your own API.

Pricing and plan

The service costs from 499 SEK/month excluding VAT for one site, with discounts for multiple sites. Pricing and what volumes are included are described on the home page.

  • 20 GB storage.

Services Oden doesn't replace

Oden replaces your current hosting and your current maintenance routine. It does not replace:

  • Your domain name — you continue to own it yourself.
  • Your WordPress — it remains yours.
  • Your content — you own and control it.
  • Your web agency, if you have one — we work in parallel.

GDPR — how we handle your data.

We built Oden C.A.M around data minimization, EU hosting, and full transparency — not as an afterthought.

Where your data lives

All Oden data (control panel, logs, backups) is stored in Cloud Run and Firestore in the Finland region (europe-north1). Your WordPress sites run on whichever hosting you choose — if you want to move to us, we offer WEBBELi as an add-on (Scandinavian servers in Sweden). Backups are AES-256 encrypted and stay inside the EU. We use no subprocessors in the US or other non-EU/EEA countries — which means Schrems II concerns simply don't apply.

What data we process

Only what's needed to run your WordPress: your sites' URLs, plugin and theme versions, update history, and cryptographic keys. We never touch your visitors' data — there's no tracking pixel and no ads module.

  • Site metadata (URL, version, status)
  • Operations logs (security events, updates)
  • Backup archives (encrypted, 30 days)
  • Operator identity (your email, for support)

How it's protected

The connection between your WordPress and Oden goes via the WEBBELi worker plugin we install on your site — TLS 1.3 with Ed25519 keys. Stored secrets are envelope-encrypted (Cloud KMS). Audit logs are write-only and kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email hello@oden.cam and we'll respond within 30 days (usually within 48 hours). At termination, all customer data is permanently erased within 60 days — except what we must retain under Swedish bookkeeping law (7 years).

Data incidents

If we confirm an incident affecting your personal data, we'll contact you within 72 hours with an initial report, in parallel with our notification to IMY (the Swedish DPA). The report covers what happened, what was affected, and what mitigations we're applying.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A standard DPA is automatically included — no separate paperwork. It stipulates EU hosting, sub-processors (list available on request), and Swedish law as the applicable jurisdiction. Larger procurements can sign an extended agreement: hello@oden.cam.
