Terms of Use
The rules for how you use the Oden C.A.M service, what we provide, what you're responsible for, and what safeguards we have in place.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of Oden C.A.M (the "Service"), provided by NNi Solutions ("we", "us"). By activating the Service, signing in to the Oden control panel, or installing the WEBBELi worker plugin, you accept these Terms.
The Terms of Purchase are a separate document covering contract formation and payment. In the event of a conflict between the documents, the Terms of Purchase take precedence on questions of price, payment, and termination, while these Terms of Use take precedence on questions of usage, liability, and security.
2. Service description
Oden C.A.M is a managed WordPress service in which NNi Solutions takes responsibility for updates, monitoring, backups, performance optimisation, and security measures for one or more WordPress installations connected to the service.
The Service is delivered through (i) the WEBBELi worker plugin installed on the Customer's existing WordPress installation, acting purely as an agent between WordPress and Oden, and (ii) the central Oden control panel, which the Customer accesses via their own login. WEBBELi hosting (a separate product) is not required for using the Service — Customers normally keep their existing hosting.
3. User account and authority
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is presumed to have been performed by you or someone you have authorised. If unauthorised access is suspected, you must immediately change your password and contact us at hello@oden.cam.
Only persons authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of the Customer may make purchases or commit the Customer to changed service terms. NNi Solutions does not enter into contracts or subscriptions over the phone.
4. Acceptable use
The Service may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or distribute illegal material, malicious code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code behind the Service beyond what mandatory law allows.
- Burden the Service with traffic that materially affects its function for other customers (e.g. excessive API requests).
- Use the Service in a manner contrary to good practice or that damages NNi Solutions' reputation.
In case of breach, we reserve the right — after reasonable notice — to suspend or terminate access to the Service.
5. Your WordPress data
All content, data, and files you store in your own WordPress installation belong to you. NNi Solutions only has the access required to deliver the Service (updates, backups, monitoring, security measures).
On termination of the contract, you can export your data at any time using WordPress's standard tools. Backups stored by us are deleted within 90 days after the contract ends, unless mandatory law requires longer retention.
6. Intellectual property
NNi Solutions retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the WEBBELi worker plugin, the WEBBELi hosting platform, the Oden control panel, documentation, trademarks, and logos. Through the purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of the contract.
"WordPress" is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Oden C.A.M is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the WordPress Foundation or Automattic Inc. Other trademarks mentioned on oden.cam (e.g. Google Cloud Run, Stripe, Klarna, Mailgun, Microsoft 365, Apple, Fortnox, Visma) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for identification purposes only. A complete list is available in the footer.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the Service against unauthorised access, data loss, and tampering. Traffic between your WordPress installation and Oden is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3), and backups are encrypted at rest.
Despite this, no system can be guaranteed entirely secure. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will inform you and, where required, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) within 72 hours under article 33 GDPR.
8. Service availability
We aim for an availability of at least 99.5% per calendar month. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via the Oden control panel. Critical security updates may, however, be carried out without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability towards the Customer, on any basis, is limited as set out in the Terms of Purchase. We are not liable for indirect damages, e.g. lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, beyond what mandatory law requires.
10. Changes to the Service
NNi Solutions has the right to develop and modify the Service over time. Minor changes (e.g. new features, security improvements) are made on an ongoing basis. Changes that materially affect the Service's function will be communicated in advance by email.
11. End of contract
On termination of the contract, regardless of cause, your right to use the Service ends. We uninstall the WEBBELi worker plugin from your WordPress installation and close your access to the control panel. Your WordPress, your content, and your underlying hosting are unaffected. Backups, logs, and other data held by NNi Solutions are deleted as described in section 5.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be settled by a public court, with Kalmar District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
