Terms of Purchase
How a contract between you and NNi Solutions is formed, what's included, how you pay, how to cancel, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Company information
The Oden C.A.M service (Centralized Asset Management) is provided by:
NNi Solutions
Registered office: Sweden
Email: hello@oden.cam
Website: oden.cam
Company details being updated Full company details (registration number, F-tax certificate, etc.) are provided on request via upphandling@oden.cam and in every order confirmation and contract.
2. Scope
These Terms of Purchase (the "Terms") apply between NNi Solutions ("we", "us") and you as the purchaser ("Customer", "you") when you order or use the Oden C.A.M service via oden.cam.
The Terms apply to both consumers and businesses. Some rights (such as the right of withdrawal) only apply to consumers, and where that's the case it's noted explicitly.
3. Order and contract formation
The contract is considered formed when you place an order on oden.cam and we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply (company name, registration number, contact person, billing address, WordPress URL, etc.).
NNi Solutions reserves the right to refuse orders in individual cases — for example due to technical incompatibility, suspected misuse, or insufficient creditworthiness.
4. Service description
Oden C.A.M is a managed WordPress service in which NNi Solutions, via the WEBBELi worker plugin (an agent installed on the Customer's existing WordPress) and the Oden control panel, takes responsibility for:
- Security and maintenance updates of the WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
- 24/7 monitoring with automated alerts.
- Encrypted backups and the ability to restore.
- Performance optimisation (caching, image optimisation, database routines).
- Malware scanning and, where needed, remediation.
Detailed technical specifications and service limits are documented on oden.cam.
5. Price and payment
Current pricing is shown on oden.cam at the time of ordering. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The service is billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan you select.
Payment is made by card, direct debit, invoice, or other payment methods we offer at the time (e.g. Klarna, Peppol e-invoice). In case of non-payment, we reserve the right — after a payment reminder — to pause or terminate the service.
Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email. You then have the right to terminate the contract before the price change takes effect.
6. Term and termination
The contract runs until further notice with one (1) month mutual notice unless otherwise agreed. Termination is provided in writing to hello@oden.cam or via the control panel.
On termination, the service continues to be delivered until the end of the current billing period. Pre-paid fees are not refunded (subject to the right of withdrawal in section 7).
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of contract formation, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). Notify us in writing at hello@oden.cam.
If the service has been delivered in full or in part during the withdrawal period and you have explicitly opted for this, we are entitled to set off a proportional share of the fee for the time the service has been active.
8. Delivery and onboarding
The service is normally activated within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and you have provided your WordPress URL. Onboarding requires that we are given the access necessary to install the WEBBELi worker plugin on your existing WordPress. The plugin does not move your website — it acts purely as an agent between your site and the Oden control panel.
If we cannot complete onboarding within 14 days of the order for reasons outside our control (e.g. lack of access to your environment), we are entitled to cancel the contract and refund any fee paid.
9. Warranty and service defects
We aim for an availability of at least 99.5% per calendar month, measured against the managed Oden service (control panel + WEBBELi worker API). Outages caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, faults in the Customer's own environment (e.g. an outdated third-party theme), or faults at the Customer's own hosting provider are not counted.
For confirmed defects on our side, we will resolve the issue at no extra cost. If the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a reasonable price reduction.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability towards the Customer, on any basis, is limited to the fees the Customer has paid for the service over the twelve (12) months preceding the loss. We are not liable for indirect damages, e.g. lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, beyond what mandatory law requires.
The limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on our side.
11. Force majeure
We are released from obligations under these Terms to the extent that performance is prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as natural events, war, strikes, telecom or internet outages, large-scale cyber-attacks, or governmental decisions.
12. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. You then have the right to terminate the contract with effect from when the change takes effect.
13. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through dialogue. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled by a public court, with Kalmar District Court as the court of first instance.
Consumers also have the right to refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
