What we do

NNi Solutions is a Swedish software house that builds and operates digital services for Swedish companies and organisations. We have two main legs:

1. Own SaaS products

We build and operate several services within NNi Suite, of which Oden C.A.M is the latest and most public:

  • Oden C.A.M — managed WordPress service (this website). Manages your site no matter where it's hosted.
  • WEBBELi — our own WordPress hosting in Sweden. Complements Oden if you also want to move hosting to us.
  • NNi Drive — private cloud storage for Swedish companies.
  • NNi Flow — process and document management.
  • NNi Intranät — internal communications for organisations.
  • NNi Stream — video conferencing and webinars.
  • Plus a number of other specialised tools.

2. Consulting engagements

We take on selected consulting engagements in web development, e-commerce, accessibility, and security — primarily from existing customers and their networks. We don't bid on a general pool of RFQs.

Where we are

NNi Solutions is a wholly-owned Swedish company with its registered office in Sweden. All our employees are based in Sweden (some work remotely within the country). We have no foreign owners and report only under Swedish law.

Hosting for our own services runs on Google Cloud Run in the europe-north1 (Finland) region (control panel, APIs, automation). WEBBELi hosting in Sweden is a separate service we offer customers who want to move their WordPress over to us. We have deliberately opted out of US-based sub-processors — Schrems II concerns don't affect us.

How we work

We have four principles guiding our technical choices:

1. Boring tech that works

We don't chase trends. We use PostgreSQL where PostgreSQL fits, WordPress where WordPress fits, and React where React fits. If something isn't broken, we don't break it trying to be clever.

2. Data sovereignty

All customer data stays in the EU. We store no data in the US, use no US sub-processors, and refuse to run cloud services without an EU office. It's more expensive and more cumbersome — and it's our offering.

3. Plain language

We write the way we speak. No fluffy "solutions for digital transformation" in copy, no jargon in contracts, and we email back as if we were humans (because we are).

4. Long time horizon

We build to last. We don't take investors who want 10x in three years, and we price our services so we can run them for the long haul. You should be able to count on Oden being around in five years, in ten.

GDPR — how we handle your data.

We built Oden C.A.M around data minimization, EU hosting, and full transparency — not as an afterthought.

Where your data lives

All Oden data (control panel, logs, backups) is stored in Cloud Run and Firestore in the Finland region (europe-north1). Your WordPress sites run on whichever hosting you choose — if you want to move to us, we offer WEBBELi as an add-on (Scandinavian servers in Sweden). Backups are AES-256 encrypted and stay inside the EU. We use no subprocessors in the US or other non-EU/EEA countries — which means Schrems II concerns simply don't apply.

What data we process

Only what's needed to run your WordPress: your sites' URLs, plugin and theme versions, update history, and cryptographic keys. We never touch your visitors' data — there's no tracking pixel and no ads module.

  • Site metadata (URL, version, status)
  • Operations logs (security events, updates)
  • Backup archives (encrypted, 30 days)
  • Operator identity (your email, for support)

How it's protected

The connection between your WordPress and Oden goes via the WEBBELi worker plugin we install on your site — TLS 1.3 with Ed25519 keys. Stored secrets are envelope-encrypted (Cloud KMS). Audit logs are write-only and kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Email hello@oden.cam and we'll respond within 30 days (usually within 48 hours). At termination, all customer data is permanently erased within 60 days — except what we must retain under Swedish bookkeeping law (7 years).

Data incidents

If we confirm an incident affecting your personal data, we'll contact you within 72 hours with an initial report, in parallel with our notification to IMY (the Swedish DPA). The report covers what happened, what was affected, and what mitigations we're applying.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A standard DPA is automatically included — no separate paperwork. It stipulates EU hosting, sub-processors (list available on request), and Swedish law as the applicable jurisdiction. Larger procurements can sign an extended agreement: hello@oden.cam.
